15. Public profile, accurate links and information.
Certain services require that the profile, post, video, Reels, Shorts, channel, page, or content be public during playback.
If the user makes their profile private, changes their username, deletes the post, removes the video, changes the link, restricts access, blocks viewing, changes settings, or provides incorrect data, PulsoMax may not be able to process or complete the order.

18. Cancellation and refund
Due to the digital, personalized, creative, operational, or technically irreversible nature of many services, not all orders are eligible for cancellation or a full refund.

Where applicable, requests related to the right of withdrawal may be analyzed in accordance with Brazilian law and the specific terms of the contracted service.
The user acknowledges that certain digital, personalized, immediately initiated, on-demand, or technically irreversible services may have limitations regarding cancellation after execution has begun.
If a user wishes to cancel an order, they should contact PulsoMax as soon as possible through official channels.
Simply requesting a cancellation does not guarantee an automatic refund, especially if the service has already been initiated, delivered, processed, or produced.
20. Approval of creative materials
For services involving content creation, PulsoMax may send previews, versions, drafts, layouts, visual proposals, or materials for client approval.
The customer must review the materials within the specified timeframe.
