However, PulsoMax does not guarantee organic growth, conversions, sales, ongoing engagement, or the permanent maintenance of the results obtained.

3. Nature of Services

The user declares to be aware that:

• PulsoMax has no affiliation, partnership, official authorization, or corporate relationship with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Kwai, or any other social network.
• The services offered are independent and unofficial;
• Results may vary depending on the rules, policies, updates, and limitations of third-party platforms;
• Followers, likes, views, comments, and other interactions may fluctuate or decrease over time.

All trademarks mentioned belong exclusively to their respective owners and are cited for informational and descriptive purposes only.

4. User Responsibility

The user agrees to:

• To provide true, complete, and up-to-date information;
• Correctly enter links, users, profiles, posts, and other data necessary for the order to be processed;
• Do not use the services for illegal, abusive, offensive, fraudulent purposes or purposes that may harm third parties;
• Do not request services for prohibited, political, discriminatory, criminal, misleading, gambling-related content, or content that violates the platform's rules;
• Use only accounts that are in your name or that you have permission from a responsible party.

PulsoMax is not responsible for blocks, suspensions, limitations, content removals, or penalties applied by social networks or third-party platforms.

5. Delivery of Services

Services begin after payment confirmation and may have varying timeframes depending on the type of order contracted.

Delivery may occur gradually, automatically, or manually, depending on the chosen method.

The delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to technical factors, external instability, social media limitations, order volume, or updates on third-party platforms.

PulsoMax may adjust delivery methods, routes, suppliers, or operational processes whenever necessary to maintain service delivery.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the services, orders that have already been initiated, processed in whole or in part, or that are technically irreversible may not be eligible for a full refund.

Requests for refunds, cancellations, or returns may be reviewed within 7 days, as stipulated by applicable law, provided that the conditions of PulsoMax's Refund Policy are met.

Each request will be evaluated individually, considering the order status, percentage delivered, type of service contracted, technical feasibility of reversal, and any proven operational failure.

7. Guarantees and Replacements

Some services may include a replacement guarantee, as stated on the sales page or in the description of the service contracted.

Replacements will only be made within the stated timeframe and according to the specific conditions of the service.

The replacement guarantee does not cover situations such as:

• Change username;
• Link change;
• Private profile during delivery or analysis;
• Publication removed;
• Content removal;
• Blocks, restrictions, or penalties applied by social media networks;
• Falls caused by external factors or changes made by the user themselves.

8. Limitation of Liability

PulsoMax does not guarantee:

• Financial results;
• Sales conversions;
• Real organic growth;
• Ongoing maintenance of the delivered figures;
• Approval, recommendation, or organic boosting by social media platforms.

PulsoMax is also not responsible for indirect damages, financial losses, commercial losses, decisions made based on the contracted services, or consequences arising from the improper use of the platform.

9. Suspension or Cancellation

PulsoMax may suspend, cancel, or refuse orders without prior notice in cases of:

• Suspected fraud;
• Misuse of the platform;
• Violation of these Terms of Use;
• Sending incorrect information;
• Request for prohibited content;
• Requests related to illegal or abusive activities, or activities that may harm third parties.

Where applicable, the analysis may consider partial refund, internal balance, re-execution, or definitive cancellation of the order.
